UPCOMING EVENTS
Please reach out to us to post your upcoming event.

Dear Parents,
We are excited to share a summer opportunity for the Young Men of the Stake and invite your support in encouraging participation.
This summer, we will be holding a morning fitness program at the Stake Center on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:00 AM. Each session will last approximately 20–30 minutes and will include simple, scalable workouts appropriate for all fitness levels.
This program is not intended to be competitive or sports-focused. The goal is to help young men develop consistency, effort, self-discipline, and confidence while providing a positive and uplifting environment where they can grow together.
We recognize that early morning participation requires family support, and we are grateful for anything you can do to encourage and facilitate your young men’s involvement.
Warm regards,
